These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and tk55 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the tk55 website, mobile-optimised platform, games, sports betting services, promotional offers, customer support and all related services made available by tk55.

2Account Registration and Security

To access tk55 games and betting services, you must create a personal account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current and complete. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

tk55 may require additional identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to suspected fraudulent activity. Verification documents may include a national identification card, passport or equivalent government-issued document, and proof of payment method ownership.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tk55 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk55 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and supported Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. tk55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• tk55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of the payment method used to make the corresponding deposit.

Deposits made by error must be reported to tk55 support immediately. tk55 is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account number or mobile wallet due to user error. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.

4Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tk55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and special seasonal promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the promotion terms and displayed in the account bonus section.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per new account. Players who open duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts closed and funds voided.

tk55 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a player has exploited a technical error, used software tools to gain an unfair advantage, or acted in bad faith in relation to any promotional offer. The determination of what constitutes abuse of a promotional offer rests solely with tk55.

5Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting products available on tk55 are subject to the following rules:

• All game outcomes on tk55 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.
• Bets placed on sports events are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing the bet. In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, the version of the rules in force at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip and are subject to change.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game round or betting event, tk55 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund stakes to the player's account balance.

6Responsible Gaming

tk55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and obligations apply:

• Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits via the responsible gaming section of their account settings. • Registering or attempting to register an account as a minor, or on behalf of a minor.

tk55 employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account exhibiting patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, tk55 may pursue all available legal remedies.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the tk55 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code and the overall design and compilation of the website — is the property of tk55 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of the tk55 platform without the express written permission of tk55. Unauthorised use of any tk55 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

9Privacy and Data Protection

tk55 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with tk55, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10Limitation of Liability

11Account Suspension and Termination

tk55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time period when requested.
• Any behaviour that tk55 reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, tk55 reserves the right to void any pending withdrawals and forfeit any remaining account balance. Where closure is due to a technical error or platform fault on the part of tk55, any confirmed balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on file.

12Amendments to These Terms

tk55 may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights as a user, tk55 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the tk55 platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. 13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
